What time will the event start and end?

The processional march will be begin at 1:30pm, followed by the Wedding ceremony. We encourage guests to be mindful of the travel time and make sure to arrive at the church before the start of the celebration. The reception will conclude around 10:00pm. 

 

How do I confirm my attendance? Do I need to do it on your RSVP website or other channels will suffice? What if I can’t attend?

Yes, you need to confirm your attendance only through our RSVP website (RSVP Eugine & Joy Wedding 08-15-2025). Your confirmation on our RSVP website ensures systematic inclusion on our final guest list and helps us manage seating arrangements efficiently.

 

1. Go to "RSVP" tab. Next, click the link to respond. After that, fill out the necessary details. Finally, confirm your attendance.

2. Once you hit the submit button, our system will be notified by your response.

 

I previously confirmed my attendance, but now I can’t attend. What should I do?

We understand that there may be unforeseen circumstances. Please let us know as soon as possible, so we can adjust the seating arrangements accordingly. Your prompt notification will help us make the best use of the available seats. Thank you for your proactiveness.   

 

I initially declined or have not confirmed by July 1, 2025, but now I can attend. What should I do?

Please let us know as soon as possible. While there’s a chance that we already adjusted the seating arrangements, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. However, please understand that it’s not a guarantee that you will get your slot back since we can only accommodate limited seating capacity in the venue.

 

Do I need to eat lunch before going to the event?

Absolutely, it’s best to have lunch before attending the event. Light meals and refreshments will be served at 4:00pm followed by dinner at 6:00pm. Please enjoy the small bites and beverages first before the main dinner later in the evening.

 

Can I bring someone with me?

We’ve intentionally kept our guest list reserved for those who hold a special place in our hearts, individuals whom we know personally and cherished dearly. Please understand that seating is only limited to a number of people. Only those people with invitation can be accommodated. We know that you will completely understand it.

 

Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

We love children, but we can’t accommodate them as stated to the previous question. This is an ADULTS-ONLY event. The only children who are attending are those part of our immediate family members and part of our entourage. We hope for your cooperation, and enjoy the night.

Can we choose where to sit at the reception?

All invited guests will have assigned seats upon registration at the reception. We’ve considered your network and group familiarity for seating arrangements. We’ll do our best to put you in your most comfortable seat.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

You’re definitely allowed to capture those moments; however, please remain present and observe the solemnity of the mass. Be mindful not to obstruct our official photo and video team especially during the procession. Feel free to share your captured moments using our hashtag: #EUGINEfinallyfoundhisJOY.

 

How do I get to the church and the reception?

Please refer to the invitation for the map details. You may use Waze or Google maps.

 

Is there a parking lot available?

Yes, we are confident that parking slots will be available. We had an ocular and we saw that the parking place is spacious, so it won’t be a problem.  

 

What should we wear?

Our day of matrimony is a formal affair, so we’d love you to see in your most lovely attire. Please check our website for reference, and strictly observe the preferred attire.

 

Do you have any gift preferences?

Your presence alone is the most meaningful gift to us, but if you can't help your generosity, an envelope with your preferred amount will do. For cashless, transactions, you can scan the QR codes by going to the "GIFTS" tab of this website.

Are there any suggested accommodations nearby the event?

The event is scheduled to commence at 1:30pm and will conclude at 10:00pm on August 15, 2025.

For your accommodation needs, we suggest you exploring hotels and AirBnb options within the vicinity for your preference. There are diverse of choices available within the premises for your convenience. Utilize Google Maps and pin the event location and estimate the distance to the nearest accommodations.
